My primary mode of communication is through discord (@miniaturepanthers), but I also take toyhou.se dms.

I may refuse to accept a commission for any reason and should not have to share this reason. However, I will not cancel a commission without the consent of the client, at which time a substitution or refund will be decided upon. This rule excludes ghosting.

I provide at least one WIP (work in progress) update per commissioned piece, but can provide more upon request without extra charges.

On average, my pieces take 2-4 weeks for completion or longer for a higher quantity of pieces.

I am mentally ill and I am also a full-time biology student, so there are often delays in my process. I am happy to explain when/why there was a delay or even give notices in advance for certain events that impact my schedule. I usually post weekly updates on my toyhou.se.

Ghosting or failure to pay will result in banning from commissions.

Failure to follow my T.O.S. will result in banning from commissions and possible public blacklisting.

I do not condone the use of my artwork for AI, NFTS, or any kind of stolen form.

My designs and artwork may be used for personal physical pieces (t-shirts, badges, fursuits, etc.) with my approval.

My designs cannot be used to produce merchandise for profit.

Modification and redesigning of my art is okay, although I prefer you credit my art if it is reuploaded (an offsite link is fine). Do not delete my original design images.

Please do not private my designs. I put a lot of effort into them and I want to know what happens to them.

Do not create more than one profile for my designs. If you are co-owning one of my designs, it should be represented under one profile. (Tabs okay!)

If you feel I have misrepresented a design, I will edit the piece until satisfaction is achieved (to an extent, please be reasonable). Edits can be requested during creation and shortly after.

If you decide to edit the image yourself, please credit me either as the artist or at least include a link to my page. Do not use my bases without crediting me as the artist and do not remove my watermarks.

If you have greatly modified one of my designs, you may add yourself as an additional credit.

The reselling of my designs is acceptable so long as they retain some value. Markdowns are okay so long as the new price is reasonable (this also applies to trades). If you purchased one of my designs, please do not give it away for free.

I accept payments up front in whole or with a small hold. You must have me agree to the hold before I accept your offer. I do not do payment plans at this time.

I will not do refunds after the artwork is complete. I provide many chances to check for satisfaction ahead of time.

If a voucher is being dealt with (on my end or yours), all parties must be in complete agreement before the transaction and trades start.

I only use Paypal and Kofi at this time. Cashapp coming soon!

My prices may be unfair. I am still trying to understand the worth of my art. I personally put a lot of time into researching the species, body type, and aesthetic for the pieces I create.
